Silverstone - Snetterton - Mallory Park

I was based at Silverstone, "Gerry Corbet" was the senior instructor with "Dave Lynn" & "Derick Smith"
In 1975 we had 14 Merlin Formual Ford 1600 car and the school operated most weekends.
1977/78 the school updated to a new fleet of cars

The first lesson involved  instruction in clutch and gear co-ordination
Each pupil could proceed to an advanced level and race in the schools closed races each month
or
Jim Russell had available a selection of full Formula Ford Race Cars for hire in the Esso Championship
